New Year: Now!
Set Fitness Goals for the New Year that You Can Start Crushing Today
New Year Now is a self-study course for women who are determined to make 2018 the year they finally get serious about fitness. If you’ve struggled with maintaining an exercise habit in the past, it’s not because you’re undisciplined or lazy or just didn’t try hard enough--it’s because what you’ve been taught is completely unrealistic! In this course, I’m going to teach you how to set fitness goals that are right for YOU, how to set yourself up for success every day starting right now, and how to build on those easy wins to reach your impossible dreams. By the time January 1 rolls around, you’ll be ready to be the hero in your own fitness journey!
Here's what we'll cover:
Module 1: Getting to Know YOU
What does "getting serious about fitness" mean to you? You'll learn how to ditch the shoulds of fitness magazines and tap into who your fittest self actually is.
Module 2: Intentions, Goals, and Everything in Between
What's the difference between setting an intention and setting a goal? In this module, we'll go over some basic concepts that can help you understand how different factors influence behavior and what you can do to frame your habits for success.
Module 3: Practice Makes Progress
This module is all about helping you figure out what you really need to stay motivated day to day. These research-based tips are the same ones I used to create a fitness plan and maintain it through all the ups and downs of life.
Bonus: Starting a Self-Care Journal
Keeping a daily journal practice is at the heart of what makes my habits tick. In this bonus module, I'll teach you how to make it work for you.
Bonus: Scheduling for Success
Having a plan is all well and good, but how do you actually implement it? With calendars and lists and systems, of course! Don't worry--it's not that boring.
Bonus: Self-Care-a-Day Journal Prompts
This is a super special bonus that starts January 1! I'll tell you more about it inside the course.
